As a flagship model, there isn’t much to dislike about the BMW 750Li. Large, luxurious, and packed with technology, the BMW 7550Li has too many features and gizmos to list, and may very well be the most technologically advanced car on the road.

Among the tech features available on the BMW 7-series are shock absorbers that automatically adjust to road speed. There are also lenses mounted on the fenders that provide added visibility to drivers attempting to traverse narrow streets or alleys. Between these features, not to mention blind spot detection, lane department warning, and a slew of other high-tech systems, BMW dealer Los Angeles says the latest BMW 7-series has just about every gizmo imaginable.

The only problem with the BMW 7-series is of course the price. With a price that easily reaches beyond $100,000, the 750Li is out of reach for the majority of car buyers. Previous generations were not quite as pricey, but the current generation is the best so far due to the plethora of gadgets available and superb drivetrain. Among these gadgets is also the Idrive control system which controls everything from the climate control to the stereo system.

Some have complained about the IDrive system and other gadgets that essentially detach the driver from the driving experience, this includes customers at Mercedes Benz Pittsburgh who became drawn to the Mercedes S-Class instead. Even among Mercedes Benz Washington DC shoppers, the S-Class had been popular for providing more inviting interior accommodations. This is why the new BMW 7-series features the shift lever back where it once did in the center stack. Rather than overwhelm the driver, the latest 7-series is about making the driver feel comfortable and at ease behind the wheel.

Powering the BMW 750Li is a 4.4-liter V8 engine that can propel this behemoth of a sedan to 60 mph in a mere 5.2 seconds. Despite the 7’s size, it’s light on its feet and truly lives up to the Ultimate Driving Machine mantra. While 7-series is not the right car for running errands, long journeys and business trips are most enjoyable in what may certainly by the ultimate large luxury sedan.
